Units in Vado Secured Credit Fund (Fund) are issued by the Fund’s trustee Vado Private Pty Ltd (ABN 60 641 442 211, AFSL 526189) (Trustee or Vado). The Trustee has appointed, Vado Private Investment Management Pty (ABN 33 649 371 719), to act as the investment manager (Investment Manager). The Investment Manager is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 001316983) of Vado.
