Landowner acquired the former Drummoyne Bowling Club that was zoned RE2 Private Recreation. Advised the landowner on highest and best use of the land and project managed the lodgement of a Planning Proposal.
The landowners succeeded in a Gateway rezoning allowing for the development of 65 + residential apartments. This involved the approval of site specific DCP and LEP controls.
