Vado Private provided funding for the construction of 12 townhouses in Liverpool NSW. The borrower is an existing client we have financed previously. We have now funded six projects for this development group.
Investors in this project via the Vado Private NSW Investment Trust have target return of 11.49% (pre-tax and net of fees and expenses) with an IRR target of 11.42%.
Site works commenced in March 2025 and the project is expected to complete in May 2026.
