Pemberton Street, Botany comprised a residential development project of 187 apartments.
Represented the developer in relation to the acquisition of the site via an asset realisation agreement with the landowner. Advised on the lodgement of a Master Plan and assisted with steering the development application through Council. Stage 1 of the project has completed. Completion of stage 2 of the project is imminent.
