CTC is a proposal for the development of former industrial land at Camellia adjoining the Parramatta River. The development encompasses a riverside town centre, a new school, open space and housing including affordable housing.
The development will be linked to the Parramatta CBD and to Sydney Olympic Park by light rail. The facilities proposed will accommodate 10,000 new homes and provide up to 5000 new jobs.
